the reception desk staff were polite and helpful. The bar was very nice, and the interior design was interesting and stylish. I especially liked the soft, patterned carpet inside the elevator — it felt very comfortable and left a good impression. One downside was that the window in the room could not be opened, which made the room feel a bit dark. Also, there was no gym, but aside from that, I was satisfied with everything else. I liked that the hair dryer was not too loud, and the location was also very convenient and pleasant. The taxi pick-up zone was quite far from the hotel, which was difficult for me as I was carrying heavy luggage.

Mama Shelter Singapore Orchard is such a vibe! The hotel is super stylish with playful design, bright colors, and a really fun atmosphere. The rooms are compact but smartly designed, clean, and comfortable. Location is excellent — right near Orchard Road, with shopping, food, and transport all within walking distance. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooftop area is a great place to relax. Perfect for travelers who want something modern, trendy, and different from the usual hotel experience.
